When your website is being built you’ll have our studio email address to email direct into our studio and you’ll also have your account handlers direct phone number, mobile and email address too for all other issues.

You can also chat directly with us using our online chat or leave a message for one of our team to contact you at your convenience. We want to impress you enough to give us a 5-star rating for customer service, so you can be sure we’re always striving to do what’s right for you.

Regular website content changes.

As we approach your scheduled website content updates, we’ll email you to arrange the day we plan to work on your site, if for any reason this date isn’t convenient we’ll work with you to find a more suitable date. Once we’ve arranged the date we’ll set about planning the website content updates that you would like to see; text changes, new pictures or extra pages. These changes will all be outlined and agreed in advance so that on the designated day we’ll get all the changes made and uploaded and your site back online with the minimum of fuss.

We also undertake a number of website software updates to the WordPress version and any plug-ins that might be in use. This ensures they will be safe and secure for the next quarter or until we check them again.
